Madison Furnace



The owners of Madison Furnace were as followed: John Campbell, John P. Terry, & John Peters (1853), E.D. Ricker & Co. (?), Peters, Clare & Co. (?), Clare, Duduit & Co. (?).

The iron manufactured at Madsion Furnace was transported to Clay for shipment on the Portsmouth Branch. It was later shipped on the C,H & D Railroad, which was built nearby.
